The process starts when a customers come to one of Nash's two model homes and work closely with their real estate agent to execute a simple 1 - 2 - 3 process: (1) Pick a lot; (2) Pick a plan; (3) Pick options and selections. With other builders this process could take weeks and months, but instead it can be completed and documented in a matter of a few hours with the use of our on-site Selection Center and Software.
