Jimmy Nash Homes is a full service Custom Builder, with resources to provide any design of homes starting at $400,000 to well over $5 million. Although we own Still Meadow and Patchen Wilkes communities, we do a considerable amount of business outside those communities each year.

Most often the customer will hire us on the front end to help find a lot, or acreage. Jimmy Nash will personally walk these lots with each customer to determine best use of the property and placement of the home; we will determine the pros and cons for each specific property and what design and amenity package will best work within their desired budget. Many times our customers already own their lot, or acreage, and ready to start customizing their new Jimmy Nash Home.

The design process not only addresses the home design, but the site plat and infrastructure of roads, septic, electric, water, and gas services when applicable. Our goal is to provide a turn key approach for our scattered site builds, taking on the entire project from start to finish. Jimmy Nash Homes is one of a few builders who will guarantee the price of the project on the front end, at contract.

Our process allows each customer to take their ideas and wish list, and have us put them into a plan design and spec that creates a paper trail of detailed information so that all parties to know exactly what to expect. We spend a lot of time one on one with the customer prior to contract, and breaking ground. This one on one time continues throughout the construction of the home, and long after move in. Our process is all about creating a positive building experience. We feel many builders can build a great home, but few find that delivering a great customer experience somewhat challenging or impossible, we see it has a part of our culture at Jimmy Nash Homes.
