Jimmy Nash Homes has been building new homes in Lexington and throughout Central Kentucky for over 20 years. Our in-house team can design and build a luxurious, one-of-a-kind estate home, or customize one of our portfolio plans to build in one of our award-winning communities.

We have Selection Centers in our model homes in both Patchen Wilkes and Still Meadow.  Clients who are building a new home don’t have to travel beyond our two neighborhoods to design and customize a beautiful home with our choice of selections.  We also have a licensed Interior Designer who assists every client at no additional charge.  The Interior Designer will help clients with choices at our selection center or accompany them to showplaces if they would desire to choose a more custom element for their home.  The process is both informative and stress-free.

In 2010, Jimmy Nash Homes introduced two exterior and interior home styles:  Coastal and Artisan.   These two design styles join the traditional Southern style that our company has been building for 20 years.  Both Coastal and Artisan emphasize clean lines and simplicity in design.  We have implemented a new trim style for our moldings, door frames, ceiling beams, and fireplace mantle.  However, each style has its own unique elements in areas such as lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, door handles, cabinets, windows, flooring, siding, and paint colors.  Our photo gallery displays features of Southern, Coastal, and Artisan styles.  Clients may mix and match each style on the exterior and interior of their home to create a custom look.
