Guild Quality is a 3rd party company that we hire that interviews each of our customers 3 times – (1) half way through the construction of their home, (2) shortly after they move in, and (3) long after they move in. Jimmy Nash Homes is able to use this information to gauge how well we are delivering on the building experience and able to adapt systems and processes that make exceeding expectations more dependable and repetitive.

An example is at the project closeout we have a walk through with the customer 5 weeks before move in; everything in the home is complete except for carpet and paint. The home is even cleaned as if move in was a few days away. Our customers are able to inspect all the finishes to date, make changes if needed, and leave that meeting uncomfortable and anxiety free that the home is exactly the way it was promised, and see their move in right around the corner. We then have a 2 week before close walk through reviewing all the paint completion, at that time home is 99% complete. That then gives us 2 weeks to fine tune and makes their home perfect, never rushed or questionable. That’s the Jimmy Nash Homes difference.
