Does Jimmy Nash Homes only build their home plans?
Due to the vast number of homes built by Jimmy Nash Homes in the last 25 years, we have a large library/portfolio of various types of plans, including ranch, one and a half story, and two-story designs. We have an in-house design team that can assist with making custom changes to previously built homes or can collaborate with the client on a one-of-a-kind home design.

Guild Quality has surveyed 100% of our clients and reported their findings for public review. Each Jimmy Nash Home is awarded a "HERS" score, which has consistently proven Jimmy Nash Homes are approximately two times more efficient than the average new home and three times more efficient than the average existing home.
